"Creeper" is an installation work on the interaction between the interior and the exterior. The starting point of this work is the question of what is real reality in the reality surrounded by digital media. The images seen on numerous screens create a different world, and many people today are exposed to situations in which it is difficult to distinguish between the virtual system and the real world they indirectly encounter. The vine wall which is of an ambiguous form and reeking artificial atmosphere connects the real and the virtual. The two paintings superimposed with the symbols and images of the virtual world are windows that divide the borders, allowing the viewer to see the space beyond the borders. "Creeper" generates a sensation of fantasy that stimulate curiosity in a world where reality and the virtual are mixed.

Myriad of vines surrounding the wall of <Creeper> express the long passage of time for which it was left to itself. Deliberate revelation of artificial properties invokes bizarre and grotesque impressions. The composition in which the printed image goes inside the wall breaks away from the grammar of exhibition where paintings usually hang on the wall. On the contrary, the wall of <Creeper> is alive with its rugged surface, revealing itself as an existential being, and the image penetrates deep into the wall and shines, revealing the skeleton of all its layers. The scenery on the wall is not something usually seen in everyday life, but it is mainly composed of images that express sense of space projected on the screens of games. The vine wall, which embraces a luminous virtual landscape, metaphorizes many virtual worlds that are always encountered in contemporary visual system.
